| This is the top floor of the White Cottage. Lowry died in one of second floor bedrooms in 1957. After a period of abstinence, he got extremely drunk. He got into a physical fight with Marjorie, who ran in terror to a neighbor. When Marjorie returned, Lowry was dead. An empty bottle of sleeping pills was found in the house. |
