Soulfx implemented a new content management system, created a new user experience design, made the site responsive and WCAG 2.0 Level A compliant as per AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.).
The main business objectives were to implement a content management system so non-technical resources could manage the site content, introduce new branding, make the site responsive to reflect ClaimSecure’s initiative to be mobile first. The CMS also needed to handle millions of page views per month.
Soulfx worked with ClaimSecure’s Marketing and IT departments to develop business requirements for the new Umbraco CMS system. There were strict requirements about having a system that was stable enough to handle the volume of site traffic but scalable and flexible enough to address responsive design and meet WCAG 2.0 Level A goals. The site also needed to be fully bilingual.
The upgraded content administration system gives ClaimSecure content editors a high level of control over what changes they can make to the site without the support of the IT. Site usability has been greatly improved and the site is WCAG 2.0 Level A compliant as part of AODA. This gives a greater number of users access to the site.View Website
